KYC Policy
Last updated: 20.08.2024
Win.Bet strictly follows the Know Your Customer (KYC) principles to prevent financial crime, fraud, and money laundering through accurate customer identification and verification.
The Company retains the right to request any KYC-related documentation at any time in order to confirm a user’s identity and location. We may place limitations on the account, including restrictions on gameplay, payments, or withdrawals, until the user’s identity has been fully verified or whenever required under the applicable legal framework.
We apply a risk-based approach and conduct thorough due diligence checks as well as continuous monitoring on all users and their transactions. In accordance with anti–money laundering regulations, we utilize three levels of due diligence, depending on the risk category, transaction type, and customer profile:
- SDD – Simplified Due Diligence: applied to very low-risk transactions that fall below required thresholds.
- CDD – Customer Due Diligence: the standard verification method used in most cases to identify and validate customer information.
- EDD – Enhanced Due Diligence: applied to high-risk clients, sizeable transactions, or special circumstances.
Additionally, whenever a user initiates a withdrawal or attempts a transaction that appears suspicious, they must complete the full KYC process without exception.
During KYC verification, users are required to provide basic personal details and upload the following documents:
- A valid Government-issued photo ID (in some cases front and back)
