General Summary of Sports Betting Rules
General Settlement Principles
Bet settlements are based on the official result of the event. If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets remain valid for 48 hours (except tennis and certain US leagues). Already determined markets are settled, while undecided ones are voided. Most markets are settled on regular time only, unless stated otherwise. VAR decisions may void bets placed between the initial on-field call and the final referee decision.
Sport-Specific Exceptions
Tennis is an exception: bets remain valid until an official winner is declared, regardless of delays. If a player retires, all decided markets stand, and all undecided ones are void; Match Winner is void if the final point is not played. MLB, NHL, and NBA events must resume on the same day for undecided bets to stand. Baseball has strict inning-based rules, as well as different handling for Action Line vs Pitcher Line bets.
Postponements, Abandonments, and Special Situations
If a match is abandoned and not resumed within 48 hours, only decided markets stand; the rest are void. The company may cancel bets in cases of technical errors, incorrect odds, customer misuse, or involvement in the event. If the match format changes (playing time, number of periods, etc.), all bets may be cancelled.
Special Offers and Bet Types
Early Payout applies only to pre-match bets and triggers when a team achieves the required lead; once triggered, the bet is fully settled. 0% Margin markets apply only pre-match, do not count towards bonuses, and do not interact with Early Payout. Bet Builder bets are fully voided if any included selection becomes void.
Event-Based, Statistical, and Player Markets
Goals, cards, corners, and other events are settled according to official data and strict definitions (e.g., shots on target, fouls). Player-specific markets follow a mandatory participation rule: if the player does not take part (or is not in the starting lineup when required), the bet is void. For markets without a draw option, the Dead Heat Rule applies when multiple participants tie.
