Win.Bet Anti–Money Laundering (AML) Policy

The Win.Bet betting company implements all necessary measures to counter money laundering and the financing of international terrorism (AML Policy). The Company maintains a firm stance against any unlawful activities and fully complies with international standards in this area. To meet these obligations, Win.Bet is required to notify the competent authorities if there is any suspicion that funds deposited by a User may be connected to illegal operations or terrorist financing. In such instances, the Company must also block the suspected funds and apply procedures outlined in its AML Policy.

What Is Considered Money Laundering?

Money laundering includes, but is not limited to, the following actions:

  • Concealing or withholding information about the real origin, location, disposition, movement, ownership, or other rights related to property obtained through illegal means.
  • Converting, transferring, receiving, possessing, or using property derived from criminal activity in order to disguise its illicit origin or to help individuals involved in crime evade legal consequences.
  • Handling property acquired as a result of unlawful activities committed in another jurisdiction.

To prevent criminal proceeds from infiltrating the economy, numerous countries maintain strict regulations to combat money laundering and terrorist financing.

Win.Bet adheres to internal regulations and applies specific procedures in alignment with international standards to support global efforts against financial crime.
